Lovely hotel staff very helpful specially the women who works late shifts. Gave us good tips about where to take out money safely. Breakfast was very good and they changed it up regular both the baked goods and the warm food. Room was decent size for us, the bed maybe a bit stiff for our preferanse but got used to it quickly.

Stayed 3 nights with a group of friends here! It's great value for money and the location is great for walking around town or catching the Ubahn from the nearby station 👍 We did not try the breakfast and some of the rooms near the elevators had some noise. But all in all it was a perfect hotel for a weekend in Vienna with friends 🇦🇹

Felt I needed to give an honest review of this hotel Positives- friendly, helpful polite staff -a few metro stops from the centre -close to a main shopping street. -Clean room and bathroom Negatives- -very small rooms that feel boxy I was in a single room -uncomfortable beds and pillows I didn't sleep well all 4 nights, small duvet like a child's duvet - no ironing board and iron in the room I asked at reception and was given a full size ironing board and old iron to carry up to my room on the 7th floor on the lift not exactly 4 star service! When asked if someone could collect it after their response was oh you can bring it down later - really bad breakfast, hardly anything to eat - tiny plates, bowls and glasses - air-conditioning was not great - tiny shower I'm small so it wasn't too bad but hardly a 4 star experience - poor soundproofing you can hear loud people in the hallway or room opposite I didn't enjoy my stay here and it was far from a 4 star hotel experience more like 2 star. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again the only thing saving this hotel is the polite staff. Not good value for money or a good stay. I felt ill as I hadn't slept properly for 4 nights it did ruin my holiday a little.
