Austria Trend Hotel Doppio Wien

The space afforded to you, the piece and quiet ambiance, the attitude of the very helpful staff, the healthy breakfast and the immaculately clean gym, leaves little else to be desired when you pay for the hotel. We had an absolutely fantastic stay recently as a family. Whereas the view from our room wasn't great looking out to some corporate offices, the space of the room itself, the adjacent bath and changing areas were big enough for a lovely and quaint stay especially after touring an entire day in Vienna. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so comfortable.

The hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to all public transportation options, which is very convenient for travelers. The cleaning service is good, but room service could be improved. Basic amenities like dental kits and shampoos are not readily provided—you need to request them separately. Hospitality also needs attention, as the staff could be more proactive and welcoming. One major area of improvement is the breakfast menu. It remains the same every day, and there should be more variety and freshness in the selection.

Really poorly located for a short city break. Not in walking distance to anywhere and we felt we wasted a lot of time on trams/trains and buses. Breakfast was very average for the price and we wouldn't recommend. The rooms were worn down, stains on carpet and felt stuffy. The 3 stars is just for the staff, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
