We were greeted at the desk and allowed early check in - which was REALLY appreciated after a long overnight flight. Then to find out we were upgraded. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and very clean. But I think the best part was opening the window and looking down on the plaza. It was beautiful and the location was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do! We had a great stay
It was an excellent experience to stay at this hotel, everything was nice and speedy. We could upgrade the room with only €25/night. The location was perfect in the downtown, the room was clean and big, but we couldn't find the heater, so we were frozen all night in May during the rainy days.. But rest of the stay was perfect. The receptionists are very nice and friendly.
