I stayed at this hotel recently and had a truly enjoyable experience. The service was warm and attentive, the amenities were well-maintained, and the overall hospitality exceeded expectations. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth and professionally handled. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring the city. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout, always ready to assist with a smile. Best hotel I stayed at during my vacation to Europe. The rooms were very large, easily enough room for 2-3 people and comfortable to relax in with a desk and a couch and seating area. Bathroom was huge. The AC worked great. The location is right next to the metro/train station, and major tram and bus lines that go right into old town. I would stay at this hotel again.
We stayed (Jr suite) at Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna for our visit to Austria and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room and hotel facilities were modern, impeccably clean, and maintained to a high standard. The stay was ideal for relaxation and family fun. What truly made our stay memorable, was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming, creating a genuinely hospitable atmosphere throughout,specifically Ms Kimberley and the Manager who let us do the early check in with 50 Euro. From thoughtful surprises like sweets and fruit left in our room, to their 24/7 availability they made everything feel effortless and personal. Rennweg ,Wein Train station is 5 minutes away,Tram and Bus station is 2 minutes away from the Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to other families. It’s a luxurious, family-friendly haven that we’d gladly return to.
