Austria Trend Parkhotel Schoenbrunn

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, located just a few minutes away from the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace. The location is perfect for exploring Vienna, yet offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing the perfect environment for a restful stay. We felt truly at home and woke up refreshed each morning, ready to explore the city. What truly impressed us was the exceptional customer service. After accidentally leaving an important package in the safe, the staff went above and beyond to assist us in sending it back home. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly remarkable, turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The hotel is very clean and Daniel at the reception made every effort to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Thanks Daniel! Breakfast is great and the hotel is spacious and beautiful. The location is not in the center of Vienna and you will need to know the very punctual and efficient UBahn system to get around. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, just near the Zoo and Palace. Friendly and helpful staff. I withdrew a star for the false statement on Booking.com saying they offer parking service, when they do not. There is a parking lot just near, but it's not theirs and you have to pay 40EUR/day or 4.8EUR/h.
