This is not even close a boutique style hotel is a crap. The main entrance is depressing, out of maintenance and the lo by smells pretty bad, The elevator dirty and lack of maintenance Reception/ front desk is intent to be a hotel reception just a counter and a bad smell Rooms tried to be trendy but they look very cheap not even hangers in the closet

WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this place a 0 (zero), I would. We had the worst experience, from the customer service from everyone at reception, the room, the smell, this hotel is NOT in any way shape of form a “boutique” hotel. Our reservation said we could check in at 12pm and we arrived around 12:30, the guy at reception went on to say our room wasn’t ready. We asked if there was a place to change since we had been traveling all day and needed a place to freshen up. There were no bathrooms to be found, you either had to walk in to the restaurant on the lower level with your luggage or carry your luggage up to a “rooftop” bathroom. The guy at reception never offered to help and was rude. We had to leave and came back at 4 pm to get our room, the room looked like one of the cheap pay for 1 hour hotels. The pictures listed online DO NOT look like it does in person, and it was dirty and unkempt. I checked out of the hotel 1 hour after I got there, we felt unsafe being there. I had to call the booking agency to try and get out of this, when she called the reception she said no one could speak English so she couldn’t get through to anyone. She emailed the reservation team and no one replied, so I ended up not getting any refund.
