Amazing hotel, service was incredible, everyday you receive a menu at breakfast to choose your dinner, the food is is great, one of the best hotels with the service of half pension. I loved the little news paper you receive every day, with the weather forecast, tips to do, a game to train your brain, tours they offer and activities in the surroundings or music in the hotel. Forgot your bag for the pool or the mountains? They got you covered. Wonderful wellness and gym facilities. The rooms are very very clean and honestly everything you need is just there. And if you come back from your hike they even have an afternoon tea/coffee with delicious cakes or soup. I especially want to say thanks to the lovely ladies at the reception, helping with any questions you have and Davide, the best bartender, not only has he great stories about wines/ cocktails or what to take but he can make amazing cocktails! Definitely brought a bottle of the Classico Metodo - Kettmeir home! Thank you thank you! We will definitely recommend to everyone we know to experience this memorable sud tirol moment!

We travel a lot, but this hotel experience was one of the best ones we have ever had. The hotel is perfectly clean (very clean), Alpine-style beautiful rooms, the food is amazing, the service is on a 5* level. Everything is on a 5* level actually. A lot of 5* hotels are not on this level of service, to be honest. The attention to details is admirable - morning hotel newspaper, hotel activities, the choice of food, their own butchery, afternoon cake&tea time...every detail is there to make your stay memorable and relaxing. Their spa and new pool - perfect for relaxing and very clean as well. Kudos to the owners! We will definitely come back. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone, whoever you are. You will be relaxed and happy here.

Loved this hotel! First off, the staff are absolutely wonderful... So helpful and friendly, thank you! We stayed on a half board basis and it was really worth while. Breakfast was a good continental spread while the evening menu was a 4 course delight of typically local dishes, not many choices but does change daily. Can't fault the food at all. The hotel's Spa and wellness facilities are modern and clean, take note of the Sauna not opening until later in the day (understandable as everyone typically leaves the hotel for other activities). Choice of 5 sauna/stream/solarium rooms along with a pool. Much better than some larger hotels I've stayed with and used daily.. Massage/treatments available to book but didn't have chance to try. The bedroom was spacious, light and airy in a traditional wooden finish and found to be very clean and comfortable once we turned heating down. Our room had a balcony and great views down the valley. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I hope to go back again in the future. Thank you.
