Best sleep I've had in some time, very comfy beds. Wish they had hot dogs and burger kits instead of steaks, but steaks were yummy and the beans were some of the best flavored beans I've had. Location is great for getting into the 2 parks. Our camper was quiet right up against the river. Will definitely goo to other locations and here again if we return to sequoia.
AutoCamp Sequoia offered the perfect base for our family's adventure. Its location was ideal – close enough to Sequoia National Park for day hikes, yet near enough to town for great, local coffee and shops. The staff were excellent, making the whole trip smooth sailing for the entire family getaway. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, with fun amenities like lobby board games and live music. The pool was a welcome relief from the summer heat, and the evenings by the bonfire under the stars were unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Overpriced! I feel ripped off spending over $400 a night to stay in a small, noisy, airstream that was supposedly premium on the river. We had no electricity until late the first night, not their fault, and the next day with the ac obnoxiously blasting non-stop it was never cool even though it was only low 80s.. It felt cramped with 4 people if all inside. 2 were small children and fit nicely on the fold out. Thankfully it is lovely outside so no need to stay inside. I’m 6’ and hit my head a few times… A nice beach area by the river is quite pleasant to relax by. Our unit was also by the river and lovely to sit beside. It wasn’t very accessible from our unit. Not a real rv to prepare any food so you are stuck with a fire, relying on the onsite kitchen, or a few choices a few miles up the road. Our unit was far from parking, and schlepping our stuff in tiny provided wagons up and down a dusty dirt way is not fun especially when it is over 90F. Would not stay here again after being excited to experience this.
