Good. Very modern rooms and good service. lovely spa area but mid-week on a business trip it's very sleepy. Put breakfast request out, completely ignored and the roof terrace wasn't open despite the fantastic views. Looks like it is just a function room rather than part of the hotel. Sauna wasn't hot. Lovely selection of pillows though to choose from!

Rooms are a decent size; spacious for typical European hotels. Street-facing rooms are loud (multiple street sweepers every night). Good breakfast buffet and terrific cappuccinos. Pool and sauna are relaxing after sightseeing. Service is friendly. Decor is garish and bizarre.

We arrived at the very modern Boscolo Hotel and enjoyed our stay for the most part. The staff are friendly, the location excellent, the food delicious! The chef met every need and her food sings on your plate! But.... Why 3 stars? Because the cleaning staff need retraining. No washcloths were in the room. I called to request them and the next day the dirty ones were not replaced! The room coffee was instant. Yuck! And the shower grout was very dirty. So with this being said, it can easily enough be fixed with retraining the cleaning staff.
