Ava Sea Krabi Resort

Excellent experience. We stayed here for 3nights. Location is good. Close to the beach. Restaurants, shopping area, convenience stores, pharmacy, travel agencies all are close by. Room was clean and housekeeping good. Balcony overlooking the main road offered a good view of the town. Best part is the staff behavior. Very polite and hospitable. Each one of them at the reception desk and restaurant greet guests with a smile. Inspite of language barrier always trying to help and provide good service. I hope they maintain the same standard in future as well.

We stayed at Ava Sea for 2 nights. The stay was very comfortable. Rooms were neat and clean. Receptionist were responsive, service is good too. Buffet breakfast was decent. 2-3 vegetarian option available in the buffet. Food quality was good.

While I was in Krabi, i needed to use the restroom on an emergency basis. I came across the Ava Sea Hotel in Krabi. This was in the night at around 10pm on the 1st of July, 2025. I asked the guy at the reception if I could use the restroom, He politely said okay. There was a lady with him too who stopped me from going to the restroom and asked me whether I was staying with them. I said no I am not but requested her to please let me use the restroom. She was extremely rude and arrogant. She refused to let me use the restroom. I understand every hotel has its own policies. She was very rude in her behaviour. It's not a big deal if you let someone use your restroom. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Perhaps the hotel management should focus on improving their staff behaviour.
