Our family has been truly impressed with the incredible care and support provided by Avalon. Since our family member moved in, the experience has exceeded all expectations. The staff are compassionate, professional, and always going above and beyond to ensure he feels like this place is home. The meals have been amazing—beautifully prepared and nutritious . It’s such a relief to know our loved one is enjoying delicious and healthy meals every day. A place that pretend to be great, in reality is not. The people there pay 800 hundred dollars a fortnight, and the food, the maintenance is no good at all. I wish you know who is the authority that regulates places like this. Is not fair with the all ready very sick and sad people that lives there.
They are psychologically abusive. Low quality food. Dirty small rooms. It's way over priced. Don't use this service for your well being.
