What a great resort. I often sit on the beach across from it and I've always wanted to stay because they're giant pool and gardens look so beautiful. It's a lowrise building, older which gives a character and charm in the rooms are huge, clean and spacious with great balconies. The staff were so helpful and friendly all the time in the restaurant and the cleaners and the front office. Great location, right across a little side street from the beach. The view is beautiful the breakfast is standard older Thai hotel style breakfast. Basic but enough. The one thing they need to change though is the coffee machine is extremely slow making a coffee and there's only one so there was always a queue and line waiting to get coffee. This will be my new location for staying whenever I'm there visiting the beach..
A wonderful place in Pattaya. It has the warmth of a boutique hotel and has the facilities of an uber luxury hotel. The rooms are large, spacious, with every room having a viewing balcony which opens either to the pool or the road. A few have a view of the beautiful Dongtan Beach. The beach itself is separated from the resort by a small road so it is very easily accessible. However, that would happen if you ever got out of the pool which is beautiful, clean, and serene. We spent our entire time lying in the pool from morning till evening. Food is amazing in the hotel restaurant, The Beach Kitchen. It is affordable too and the rates are similar to other joints outside. Room service and housekeeping staff are polite, efficient and friendly. The buffet breakfast is adequate and could have a larger spread but there's everything for everyone. There are a couple of 7/11s within 200 meters of the property and some good restaurants to try too. Jomtien beach is about 500 meters away and right next to Dongtan Beach. All in all, an amazing place to enjoy your vacation.
Everything was good. I asked for an iron with front desk but he said don't have because housekeepers finished work and locked the stuff room. They don't have night shift for housekeeping or room boy. Can't ask for anything at night time.
