I had such a lovely experience at the Avalon Cosy Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The hotel itself is absolutely adorable, clean, well-kept, and full of charm. One of the highlights of my stay was the balcony view. It was breathtaking and the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true escape.

The location? Perfect. Super close to the train station, I found everything without even trying. Honestly, so easy. When I arrived, I got this super warm welcome from the receptionists, such lovely people! Both the men and woman were just sweet. You could feel it right away: the vibe was good. The staff are really alert, super kind, always there if you need something. It felt like coming home. My room? Cute and clean, I loved it. The bed? So comfy, I could’ve stayed in it all day. Okay, tiny thing: there’s a window between the room and the bathroom and yes, you can see the toilet. Bit weird, haha. BUT. The shower? A-MA-ZING. Honestly, I was obsessed. All in all: such a lovely stay. Would 100% go back. Thanks Avalon 💛

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon arriving at the hotel, we immediately noticed that the beds were dirty, with leftover clothing fibers and hair from the previous guest. We kindly asked the staff to replace the bedsheets around 2 PM, and they assured us it would be taken care of. However, when we returned at 10 PM, the room was still in the exact same condition — the dirty bedsheets remained untouched. We called the front desk again, and they offered us a new room. Although it was not the twin room we had originally booked, we decided to settle in for the night and asked them to separate the beds the next day. Once again, they promised to make the adjustment, but when we returned the second night, nothing had been done. Unfortunately, the broken promises didn’t stop there. We also requested that they refill the empty shampoo and body wash dispensers, but despite repeated assurances, they were still empty when we checked out. This experience reflects a serious miscommunication between the hotel’s teams that we sincerely hope management will address. To make matters worse, both the bathroom and the room were filled with black mold — a major health hazard. We booked the most expensive room category and paid a premium price, but instead of a luxury experience, we felt scammed. We do not recommend this hotel based on the service, cleanliness, and overall management issues we experienced. Not to add, the rooms are small, bathroom is inadequately designed leading to water splashing all over the floor
