Perfect location close to the beach. Difficult to park near hotel. The room was very clean and well looked after. The beds are very comfortable. Its a shame i didnt get to meet the owners. Will definitely return to this hotel again. Many thanks kelvyn.
This is a well run seaside B&B, close to Gorleston's lovely beach front. Room 9 was clean and nicely appointed. En-suite with shower and a very comfortable double bed. Anybody who couldn't easily manage climbing stairs might struggle up the two flights but I found landlady, Ann, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. First class full English breakfast
It was a very convenient place to stay right near an unspoilt beach etc. Room was very compact equipped with a mini fridge & kettle, but as I do not expect to stay there long it was fine. Supplied with milk, cereal, orange juice & yogurt to make up for the withdrawal of Breakfast room
