Avalon Walking Distance to Poole Quay and Town

Absolutely fabulous property .We are a family of 6 of varying ages ( 12-69 ) and the four bedrooms were ideal . And what a bonus having all ensuite. No queueing in the morning before setting off to the beach. The house is really well located for Poole town and quay . Both within easy walking distance (10 mins at most). It had an Aldi and Sainsbury's again within 5 minutes walk which was useful . The property is of a high quality and had virtually everything you could want . The quay was great fun . Loads of places to eat and drink . Spent time looking at the fabulous boats . Fireworks in the summer Thursdays . Boat trips etc . And it was surprisingly close to sandbanks for the best beaches . The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that in this very hot weather the house's close proximity to the road did mean it was noisy on the front with windows open . This effected the lounge and the main bedroom . The only downside would be a four bedroom house with only one parking permit . It was a bit of pain for our daughter's family seeking out the other parking space that was a reasonable distance away and reasonable cost. We've booked again for next year so it must have been good
