Avani Alonso Martinez Madrid Hotel

Fabulous room, phenomenal breakfast, hip and luxurious! The staff here are phenomenal and the rooms so relaxing. The bath products were dreamy. The variety, quantity and quality of the breakfast was notable! Location was perfect, close enough to everything but quiet and peaceful. I can’t wait to return.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were super welcoming and I received a lot of tips from their Guest Relations person, Lucia. Miguel at reception was always happy to greet me, even when I wasn't at my best at 2am and Paz (or maybe it was Luz?) was always happy to give me any room amenities I needed. The room was big, clean and I opted for the green stay which meant I got a free drink in exchange for not having my room cleaned, a fair deal in my opinion! The breakfast provided a good selection of items and you can get omelettes and fried eggs ordered directly from the kitchen. The location is also excellent, easy to get to by metro and within walking distance of the city centre. I look forward to my next stay here and thank you to all the staff for making it a great experience :)

The hotel is modern, very comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff is very nice and always eager to help. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. However, unfortunately the hotel is very noisy. You don't hear much from other rooms, but during the night you can hear pretty much every single door that is being opened or shut anywhere in the building, noise from pipes and the elevators, and all sorts of other loud noises coming from the building. As a result, although I slept very comfortably, I woke up from the noise frequently almost every night. That was particularly annoying because it's a fantastic hotel in every other aspect.
