My stay at Avani Maldives was absolutely amazing — the service is top-notch. A special mention goes to Min, the bartender, who made our evenings at the bar so enjoyable. His drinks were excellent, and his warm, welcoming attitude added a personal touch that we really appreciated. Also, a big thank you to Mia, who served us daily at Ocean Terrace. She was always kind, attentive, and made sure our breakfast experience was smooth and pleasant every morning.

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary. It was our first time in the Maldives and it certainly didn’t disappoint! We had an over water pool villa. Stepping off our deck into the sea was like stepping into an aquarium! The fish and marine life was awesome! The island itself is not huge - takes about 30 mins to gently stroll around the island. Staff are very friendly (special shout out to Priti who served us for a number of meals). Beaches were pristine as was the water. Hardly saw any rubbish either on the beach or in the water. Judd, the GM, runs a good operation and the staff speak highly of him. My only ‘complaints’ are that the seaplane service (not operated by the hotel) can be erratic and the buggy service was sometimes late. Overall, an excellent experience for 5 nights (just the right length of time) and we will be back!
