Avani Frankfurt City Hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Avani Frankfurt City and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Frankfurt. A special thank you to Marco at the reception who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful with all our inquiries. His warm hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere despite being in such a central location. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, Marco, for your excellent service!

I had the most wonderful experience at this property. Upon check in, Hemant and Helen were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were happy to assist me with my arrival several hours before the standard check-in time. They went above and beyond. My room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, and quiet. The hotel's location is also superb for exploring the city centre area and for arrival by train from the airport.

Would highly recommend, service was great, room was lovely, clean quiet and comfortable. Location was spot on. Couldn’t fault it and loved the funky deco. Even helped my mum who needed a freezer to cool some ice packs.
