Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for three months, and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. The reception team is extremely attentive — if you need anything, they take care of it right away. The staff throughout the hotel are all incredibly friendly and professional, making you feel truly welcome. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and especially bright, which made a huge difference during a long stay. Everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. One thing I want to clarify: Google Maps says it takes ten minutes to walk to the metro, but that’s absolutely not true. It’s literally two minutes — you just cross the street and you’re right there. The location is excellent overall. There’s a mall just one minute away with all the essential shops and services you might need. Breakfast was good, with options for all kinds of preferences. They really try to accommodate any special requests. There’s even a shuttle service to Kite Beach, which is a great bonus. All in all, this hotel was a perfect home away from home — highly recommend for both short and long stays.

We celebrated Father's Day (for our dad, my husband, and my brothers) and my son's 23rd birthday by staying overnight at Avani Hotel in Ibn Battuta. The customer service was great. From the reception, Mr Ben, who tried his very best to give us the rooms on the same floors, nearly close to each other. My son's room was made to commemorate his birthday. He also asked F&B to send him a cake. above and beyond of what we asked. Ms Asheni in F&B made sure all 11 of us are seated in an area most convenient for us where we can spend time as a family, chat and chill. Mr Sajun from F&B was also very helpful, from the buffet breakfast to the pool bar. The whole team was just great. The hotel's location is great, they even have shuttle bus service for anyone who wants to visit Kite Beach. The hotel is in front of the metro station. It's next to Ibn Battuta Mall. The accessibility is just top notch. It got a decent gym and pool. The rooms were comfortable. It was really a good value for money.

I’ve been a long-stay guest at Avani Ibn Battuta, and my experience here has been truly enjoyable. The hotel offers a great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service throughout. I would especially like to highlight Abinaya from the housekeeping team. He consistently keeps my room spotless and is always quick and efficient with any requests.
