Every time I go to Melbourne, I always choose this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, super convenient for everything. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. On top of that, the service is consistently great. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in Melbourne
Not sure why the review rating is only 3.8? The room is spacious, clean, and has everything you need : refrigerator, stove, oven, dish-washer ; laundry washing machine and dryer. Also the location is perfect in the heart of CBD. I would give 5/5.
Upon arrival we were told that we were upgraded to a better bigger room with a better view of the city for $60. We got into our room and felt as if it was not an upgrade at all. We had requested a roll out bed in our previous booking which was already in the room when we got there, which was quite suspicious. During our stay of 4 nights we had no cleaning services of the room and we had to go down to the lobby to get more towels and toilet paper. For a “5 star hotel” this was most certainly not. Do better.
