Excellent place value for money. Location is perfect if you have business in CBD or Universities nearby. Rooms are spacious and had good views from higher floors. This place is not busy like a typical hotel and have a relaxed feeling. Please is clean and well managed. Perfect for business people and couples looking for unfussy hotel experience. Have stayed here several times and will stay again.
Beautiful hotel, we stayed twice throughout our trip for multiple nights. Well maintained, had our room upgraded the 2nd time, and staff at check-in and check out were lovely. Within walking distance to various places and lovely restaurants surrounding.
I stayed in room no 2401 on 27-30 June 2025 with a spectacular partial view of the Auckland Sky Tower. I appreciated the USB charging ports on the table lamps-they made charging my phones so convenient. The location was superb-within walking distance of the museums, Auckland Domain, the harbor, and plenty of restaurants. I purposefully booked the Queen studio that had a washer and dryer, and it was so worth it.
