Stayed here in July and it hit all the right notes: the room was bright, kitschy-cute, and (crucially) big enough for an American with luggage, with a great view of the neighborhood rooftops. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, from giving tips to arranging laundry service that came back clean and on time. I rented a bike right from the hotel for under €20/day and cycled easily to Rainbow Athletics on the southeast side — such a perfect way to see Amsterdam.
Amazing hotel and amazing staff! Very well located, modern rooms and facilities and sucj a nice vibe overall. Every staff member was very kind to me and my family and made our stay in Amsterdam a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!
Cleanliness is poor. There were stains on the pillowcases, bedsheets and lipstick stains on the cups. Service is poor. I called the front desk multiple times requesting for towels and slippers. Never came. Rooms are nice & location is good.
