Avani Pattaya Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the Avani Pattaya Resort. Our sea view room was excellent — clean, spacious, and offered a truly stunning view over the sea. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Pattaya but still peaceful, thanks to the lush, beautifully maintained gardens that create a relaxing, tropical escape. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The pool area is lovely and well-kept — perfect for cooling off or just relaxing with a good view. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. From check-in to housekeeping, Tree and her colleague and Kem and his team thank you. Our room was cleaned daily and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in Pattaya.

I love this hotel. It's very near to everything in the central and the beach. There's a mall and grocery store right next door. The restaurants are great! Breakfast buffet style is so varied and delicious. My room has a balcony with chairs and table. The aircon, mini fridge, and shower works well and the Pool is beautiful resort style with pool bar and music in the afternoon . The service is top notch. Everyone is super sweet and super polite. I especially love my room keeper. His name is Jom. Super humble boy and kind. He cleaned my room so well and always with a smile. This hotel is exceptional with a fair price. Keep up the good work guys!

I have been coming here for 10 years. The gym use to be very big with steam room boxing bags etc. Now gym is very small and no sauna or steam room. I came to train but it didn't have any useful equipment. The pool is good, but dirty in the drain off. The gardeners do a great and the garden is first class. I checked out 4 days early and was over charged. Don't book on there websight. It only gives you a receipt for 1 night and no evidence of the daily charge of room. I was trying to explain to the Receptionist why I was being over charged but she not understand. The manager was too busy to speak so i just paid and left. This resort is not 5 star.
