Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel

What an incredible stay! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special during my visit. They surprised me with a beautifully crafted custom cake with 'Happy Birthday' written in chocolate - such a thoughtful and personal touch that I'll never forget. The attention to detail and genuine care from the team made this more than just a hotel stay; it was a memorable experience. The service throughout was exceptional, and gestures like this show why this hotel truly stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

The location is excellent — just opposite Central Rama 9, which is very convenient. In general, the staff are friendly and provide good service. However, the breakfast area in the morning is often overcrowded. It would be helpful if the hotel could consider setting breakfast time slots for each room to ease the crowd. Also, it might improve the guest experience if clearer dining etiquette guidelines were provided for large tour groups, to help maintain a more pleasant atmosphere for everyone.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Location wise and staff are nice. Deluxe room was moist, dim, and worn out. The bathroom was mouldy. Later changed to the skyline deluxe, the room condition was much better than the deluxe room. Breakfast was the most disappointing indeed. The menu was so boring and it almost remained the same during our stay for 5 nights. No tea bags were provided in the restaurant and the breakfast tea was flavorless. Swimming pool area was clean but seldom had sunshine. Maybe I will consider staying in this hotel for my next trip, simply because of its location, but definitely for 1 night only and without breakfast.
