Avani Rio Novo Venice Hotel

Husband and I stayed here during our short trip to Venice and what a wonderful stay we had! Room was clean and cold, updated recently? was within walking distance to many great places to eat (although a longer walk to some of the sights but we didn’t mind! We did end up spending a whole day wandering around the entire city and walked 11 miles in one day 😅), staff was friendly annd helpful and breakfast was awesome! Lots of great food options during the breakfast whether vegetarian or vegan! Loved all the extra amenities as well (gym, happy hour TH-Sat, free water). We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

The hotel made my birthday extra special with a surprise room upgrade and a beautiful canal view! It’s clean, modern, and perfectly located—peaceful yet close to everything. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout my stay. A wonderful mix of comfort, style, and service. I’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel was little far away from the main attraction, but it was close to the train station, so made it easy to get in and out. Marika at the front desk was very helpful and she was very knowledgeable about the location. She suggested us few location for best Tiramisu Cake in Venice and it was delicious. Hotel rooms are little small, but I guess it is Europe. The amenities were great and shower was awesome. Thank you for the great stay.
