Avantgarde Urban Şişli

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Not only is the place clean and has nice food, but the costumer service is amazing. Vedat specifically went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. From the second we got out the taxi he instantly came to get our bags, helped with translating since we do not speak Turkish, and made sure we enjoyed our time at the hotel. He even offered to get us a taxi to the airport (fixed price) when we were leaving since he knew we had previous issues with taxis. This hotel and its workers truly gave us a wonderful experience. This has been about our 3rd time booking here and we will definitely come back in the future.

Stayed for 2 days and had a great experience. The reception kindly upgraded my room and also allowed a late check-out. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the subway. The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious with good variety of options. Highly recommended!

Great experience. I really recommend this hotel to all people who seek good service and convenience location close to the mall,Taksim and the old city Eminönü. Room was clean. Great service. Every one was doing great job especially Vedat. He was very helpful since we got there he offered his help to carry the bags. Explained all small details about the services in the hotel and answered all our questions. At the end of our visit he offered a safe transportation to take us to the airport but we did not need it because we have a friend who was welling to take us there. It was a very pleasant experience it definitely will not be the the last with Avantgarde hotel
