Avanti International Resort

I had a very pleasant experience at the Avanti Hotel, largely down to the excellent customer service. The standout was Shane at the reception - prompt, professional and always ready to address any queries without hesitation. The level of service provided was not just commendable, but also added significantly to the overall quality of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be revisiting soon. The positive vibe provided by the hardworking staff deserves a special mention.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Avanti, my first time at this hotel. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and I found the staff could have been more welcoming. However, the room was excellent for the price, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, though the bathroom facilities were fairly basic. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of sunbeds available, though towels were occasionally in short supply. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to great dining options and nearby parks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Our hotel stay was perfectly fine. Quick check-in, room was clean, AC worked great, and it was close to where we were going. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did, they were ni e and pleasant. They didn't clean our room, but to be honest, we only stayed 2 nights, and we really didn't need them, too. There were plenty of towels in the rooms, so it was okay. Check out was quick and easy. Lobby and Property were very nice and pretty. The lobby smelled really good, which was impressive. I would recommend and stay he again.
