This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Da Nang. We’ve stayed at three different places in the city so far, and this one stands out as our top pick. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. One major advantage is how quiet the rooms are—thanks to well-insulated windows, we weren’t disturbed at all, even though there are a few bars in the neighborhood. We were on the seventh floor and barely noticed any outside noise. The location is ideal: just a short 3-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by countless food options, from street vendors to full-service restaurants. I also highly recommend the in-house spa—excellent value for money. The hotel bar is a great place to unwind in the afternoon or evening. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. The warm hospitality made us feel right at home.
So this hotel provided everything that I needed for my one week stay. I have seen other comments system that the rooms could use a touch up and seem dated. Although it's hard to disagree with that statement. I still enjoyed my room at a reasonable rate in a very good location near the beach. The staff was welcoming and courteous. The rooms were clean. The sheets were clean. The AC Worked. Breakfast was included.Once again depending on if you have high standards. You may have an issue with the outdated rooms. But if you can look past it like I did it was worth it and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
This was initially a very disappointing stay for the price we paid, however the hotel did a good job in rectifying everything. For the price, you expect more (especially if you've been travelling around the country for a month on a budget and decided to finally splurge for a bit of luxury). The sheets had stains on them, there was dirt on the floor so didn't want to walk around barefoot, dirty marks on the walls, mould looking marks on the chairs and just a generally unclean and worn/tired feeling room. We were moved to a different room which we believe was more in line with the price we paid. It had a beautiful view and a bath which was great and made up for the cleanliness issues. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and made the stay much better. The location is also perfect. There's also a great coffee spot on the ground level that you can chill at and get room service from. This hotel could be great, but we believe it doesn't provide sufficient value for money which is disappointing. Again, staff are amazing and location is on point!!
