Aven Hotel

The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes walk to Taksim and Esteghlal, upon entering, the pleasant smell of the hotel made me feel good, if you ask them to change the room every day, the breakfast was also ideal for me, but according to my friend, there was no variety, the staff was good. As soon as we arrived, I asked them to give us a room on the upper floors, and they gave us the 8th floor, which was good, in my opinion, the bed was also standard, unfortunately, the standard rooms were very small, and you could hardly get a bed from this side, the elevator was also small and capacity. It has two people, of course, if you are thin, 3 people can fit, the most important thing is the reliability of the staff because they don't touch our things. There is a baggage handling staff named Jamil, he was a very knowledgeable and pleasant man. We tipped him a couple of times. On the last day, he gave us a big bottle of mineral water and paper towels. In general, the location of the hotel is worth ignoring some of its problems. If I go to Istanbul again, I will go to this hotel again. In addition, the Wi-Fi of the hotel was excellent.

This is the worst "hotel" i have ever stayed in taksim. The rooms are very small, lot of things in the room and bathroom are broken. Bathroom is so small u can barely stand. The breakfast is so poor that you will never go down again. The elevator barely fits one person and his bag. Defenetly not a 4 star

last week my wife and I and our two adult kids booked two rooms at this hotel for 5 nights. When we arrived and checked in, the rooms were very small, very dirty, broken closet, broken coffee cup, very small bathroom, and looked nothing like the video we saw. The swimming pool is out of service and not available to hotel guests. The front desk staff are so rude. When i went downstairs to ask for a different room i was told i should feel lucky because i had the best room in the hotel!!!. Yes the location is good but other than that the place is overrated. The very next day our travel agent moved us to another hotel which was much much better for the same price.
