Just had 4 days here Room was very clean, comfortable bed. Great shower. Kettle and coffee in room. Definitely stay here again. 10 minutes walk to town square. Lots of great cafes serving delicious cakes etc.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I was so impressed by the high level of care and attention to detail from the staff. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The daily room cleaning was excellent, keeping my space spotless and comfortable. I stayed in one of the apartment style rooms & found it great, the rooms opposite mine offer a balcony, so it might be worth asking for one. The breakfast spread offered variety although not excessive & each morning there was a table available in the little seating area, never needing to wait. They changed some options each morning, which meant I never got tired of the breakfast, even after almost a week. One of the highlights was the state-of-the-art sauna—brand new, immaculately clean, and the perfect way to unwind after exploring Kraków. The location was ideal, with a charming local market right across the street and a pleasant walk into the main square, allowing me to enjoy both the local atmosphere and easy access to the city's top attractions. I stayed here for almost a week, and honestly, I can’t fault a single thing. A perfect stay—I would absolutely return!
Location's great! The rooms are.. not so. There's glass doors. I have no idea why someone would do this but there's a glass door to the bathroom and it doesn't even shut fully. I did not get a milisecond of privacy in this place it was crazy. To add onto that there's yet another glass door - to the bedroom. Again, why would you do this. Who gave you the idea that this would be fine. I feel like I'm in a saw trap. Breakfast's also far from the best. Please get some decent toast bread the current one fell apart quicker than my mental state after the presidential election.
