Avena Resort & Spa Hotel All Inclusive

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, so you can easily go there every day without any hassle. Also, the food was delicious – I really enjoyed every meal I had. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

So close to the beach, shops and restaurants, it is convenient for everything around. I had seen reviews about ‘grumpy staff’ but i found quite the opposite, i was greeted with a smile and was treated with the up most respect throughout, everyday saying ‘hello’ ‘have you had a good day?’ etc, the rooms were clean and well looked after, everyday we were given bottled water and whatever needed replacing/was needed more of was given, the food was really good and there was plenty of option. The bar staff were really nice and definitely made great cocktails. Overall a really good experience, I’ll be back!

From the cleaning staff to the bartenders, waiters, and housekeeping team, the employees are truly the highlight of this hotel, delivering exceptional service. They work tirelessly from early morning until late at night, and their dedication is truly commendable. The hotel itself is very clean, and the food is fresh and tasty, though it can be somewhat repetitive. The pool is quite small for hotel of this capacity, and during peak season they can get quite crowded. Some guests tend to leave their towels on the sunbeds all day, making them appear occupied even when they’re not, which can make finding a free spot difficult. There was a power outage one day, but the generator quickly restored electricity, so everything continued to run smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation, made truly enjoyable thanks to the amazing people who work at this hotel.
