We had a wonderful stay at Avenida Mountain Lodges Kaprun. The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet close to the town and attractions. Our two-bedroom unit was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the river. The staff were very nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Kaprun area!
Great hotel with a great location in kaprun, next to Billa grocery store. Quick check in and check out process, Helpful staff, decent parking spaces, spacious rooms with a beautiful design and a nice balcony. One con is that the other tenants of the hotel were selfish and didn’t follow the hotel instructions (for example: respect other people’s need to rest and minimize your noise after 10PM).
This was my second stay at Avenida Mountain Hotel in Kaprun. My first experience was excellent, which is why I decided to book again. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. There is no daily room cleaning anymore — only once in the middle of the stay (I stayed for 8 nights). We were a family with kids and needed more frequent cleaning, or at least replacement of towels, tissues, and toilet paper. Even when we paid for extra cleaning, it was not done properly. Sadly, the hotel has changed its policy from before, so I hope future guests are aware of this before booking.”
