We booked an apartment for two nights with two families. After arriving after 6:00 PM, we checked into the apartment, but only later discovered that there was no electricity in the entire apartment (including the refrigerator). When we asked the receptionist about this, they replied that the problem had been known since 1:00 PM!!! (Apparently, the apartment's electricity bill hadn't been paid). Nevertheless, they handed us over the apartment without any information about it. After multiple complaints, the problem was resolved over the course of the evening. No apology from the receptionist, no flashlights, no voucher for a drink in the restaurant, no concessions on the room rate, or anything like that—nada. Even an email to management received no response. This is simply abysmal guest service...

The apartment itself was nice and modern, however there was a serious issue with pricing. Upon arrival, we were hit with a hidden €215 “final cleaning” fee that was not clearly disclosed when we booked (it was only mentioned in fine print and not included in the total price shown). This fee significantly increased the cost of our 2-night stay – by almost 35% more than what we expected to pay. I find this practice extremely non-transparent and unfair to guests. Both the hotel and the booking site refused to refund the charge, so I want to warn others to be aware of this hefty hidden fee.

Cleaning is once u leave .. rooms are too small .. no air conditioning during hot sunny weather just one fan for all rooms. Location is perfect though
