AvenidA Panorama Suites

We had a truly wonderful experience at Avenida Panorama Suites, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind Maja at the front desk. She was already so friendly and accommodating over the phone when we booked – and it didn’t stop there. We had a long drive and were arriving late, just after the reception was due to close, but Maja kindly chose to stay an extra half hour after her shift just to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. It was raining heavily, yet she still took the time to stand with us outside and explain everything with a smile. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated! The hotel itself was also fantastic – spotlessly clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated with a charming wooden interior that gave it a cozy countryside feel. Our suite had a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains – you couldn’t ask for a better place to wake up. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of options and a chef preparing dishes fresh to order. We can wholeheartedly recommend Avenida Panorama Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and personal stay in Kaprun. We’ll definitely be coming back – thank you for everything!

We spent 5 wonderful days at Avenida Panorama Suites, where we were greeted with great kindness by Mr. Reinhard accompanied by Princess Lindy and her teddy bear. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade, a spacious apartment with a view of the glacier, heated floors, Rituals products, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso capsules and bottled water on the house. The reception and breakfast staff were professional, kind, smiling, friendly, a warm atmosphere! Delicious and varied breakfast, individual ski locker room, heated and spacious…what more can I say, everything was perfect! Thank you for everything, you are a fantastic team of professionals!

Miss Martina is a wonderful and gracious host. She warmly welcomed us and kindly showed us to our room and the facilities. What I don't like is the room size and bathroom. The TV cable doesn't have any English channels except the news 🙄.
