Avenzel Hotel & Convention Cibubur

This is my first time staying at the hotel and I visit this area a lot because the company's office, Indonesia branch, is located in CBD and is close to the hotel. I was using another famous hotel close to this hotel and I regret that I did not know this hotel. I will no longer stay except at your hotel. At least you have employees who respect the guests, unlike the other hotel, which is not named and insults regular customers. The receptionist is a very nice man. I asked him where I can find Mandiri Bank and he didn't leave me until he was sure that he had answered my question. The staff there were also very helpful. I thank this hotel for choosing its staff in an excellent way.

Excellent experience. The hotel, restaurant's and especially the all the staff service was the closest thing to perfect. I was most impress with Injil. i was impress with the attitude and how she can remember people's preferences from prior day and always with a great smile. Even though its weather was very hot she so nice to everyone. Also, high marks for the Restaurant team. Incredible service, drinks and customer service. Everyone at the hotel were great. We will return soon. I wish I would have taken some pictures.

I found no reason to visit cibubur until i ordered a super suit room at this hotel by mistake. I had a great night here. The staff were friendly and helpful fast response
