We were there for a work function. The rooms were amazingly beautiful. Service was excellent. We locker our key in the room, and only realised it when we returned at 23h00. We walked to reception, and to our surprise, someone was manning it. He quickly helped us with a new key, and we returned both keys the next morning. The location was very good, with a very good security system.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the lack of service and accessibility support my family and I experienced this past weekend at your restaurant, Cielo at Avianto. It is particularly disheartening given the promise on your website that guests will be “delighted with excellent service.” Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. My sisters, my daughter (who uses a wheelchair), and I arrived at around 14:00 to have lunch. Upon arrival, we asked the security guard on duty for assistance locating a disabled parking bay. We were told that there was no such facility available, even though we could clearly see two vehicles parked in what appeared to be marked accessible bays. When we requested that the vehicles be moved to allow us to use the space, the guard instead instructed us to park elsewhere and attempt to maneuver my daughter’s wheelchair past the parked cars. His attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, disrespectful to the needs of a person living with a disability. To make matters worse, he was unaware of where the ramp to the restaurant was located, and my sisters had to leave the vehicle and search for a suitable entrance themselves. This kind of experience is not only unacceptable, but deeply upsetting—particularly for a 13-year-old child who is learning firsthand how inconsiderate the world can be toward people with disabilities. It sends the message that her needs are an afterthought, rather than a priority. Upon finally entering the restaurant, the service we received was equally disappointing. Our waitress did not introduce herself, and throughout our time there we frequently had to request assistance from other staff members because our assigned server was often nowhere to be found. Dirty plates were left on our table for nearly 30 minutes, and once we eventually requested the bill, it took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive. As a family, we expected a pleasant and accommodating dining experience, and instead, we were met with indifference and poor service. We are extremely disappointed and feel compelled to share this feedback in the hopes that future guests—especially those with accessibility needs—are treated with more care and respect. We urge you to take this matter seriously and implement improvements both in staff training and in your accessibility policies. No guest should feel unwelcome or unsupported at your establishment.

Family and I came here for a Father’s Day lunch..one word: disappointing. The price doesn’t reflect the food and service. Apart from the beautiful greeting at the entrance, the service from our waitress was cold and minimal. The buffet was disappointing, the food was bland and underwhelming. Again, for the price, ridiculous and substandard. We were there for just over an hour, enough was enough. We left to buy better food. UPDATE: Half of the family got food poisoning.
