Aviatrans Hotel

The location is excellent. In the heart of the city, few meters from the History Museum and a metro station. Rooms are old yet clean, spacious and well preserved. Breakfast is quite ok and busy at most hours. The main thing i didn't like of the rudeness and u nfriendliness of the staff, especially at reception. Also the night groom was very grumpy and acted like he was doing me a favour to assist me. Also the mattress and pillows need changing. The most important thing in a hotel stay is sleeping, so the bed was not good.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to everything. The hotel is clean and the service is friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is sufficient, and you can request an omelette. Some traffic noise can be heard even though the room faced the inner courtyard.

It's is a nice hotel that is close to everything in the center of yerevan. Receptionist was nice and sweet. Only few comments I would like to add regarding their rooms, it seems a bit old (example : when you want to close the room door.or the bathroom door you need to push it from your bottom of your heart). In addition the toilet bin is very small and every time you need to throw a tissue you must open it with your hands and it fits only few tissues. Last , as you know its now December and it's cold outside so the heating system in the hotel I'm general was perfect but in our room it was not. Room number 401.
