Avid Hotel Querétaro Centro Sur by IHG

Absolute perfection! I'm thoroughly impressed with this hotel. I was doubtful to book this hotel or not but now I'm happy I did! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist gentleman and delighted by the thoughtful touch of a personalized welcome card in my room. The hotel's commitment to sustainability is truly commendable - the absence of single-use plastics, immaculate cleanliness, and modern amenities all contribute to a truly exceptional stay. The lobby is equipped with fantastic facilities, including a soda and cold water machine, as well as an excellent coffee and chocolate machine. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel whenever I visit Querétaro in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 10 days As non Spanish speaking Americans waiting for an apartment to open up.. everything was exceptional about this place.. everyone was accommodating from the supervisor down to the chambermaids.. the breakfast was exceptional, the place was almost new and exceptionally clean, the rooms seemed soundproofed, and the price was reasonable.. me and my wife would definitely stay here again.. five stars

Its a new hotel. Very neat and clean. Pick and go breakfast. Parking available at site. All things are very good and comfortable. Except there is no fridge in room. Maybe its only in my room or in all rooms.. except this its good to stay there. Oxxo is near by. And 1.5km you will find many things for to eat
