Avillion Cameron Highlands

Stayed for 3D2N and had a great experience. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Jay, the hotel manager, who was very friendly and helpful. All the staff from check in to F&B were also super friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We tried the room service and breakfast, both were tasty and satisfying. Even during the busy school holidays, it was a relaxing stay. Service was excellent. My friend left a shirt behind and the hotel quickly arranged to courier it back to us. Really appreciate the thoughtful follow up. Would definitely come back and stay longer next time!

We checked in as a big group, and rooms were provided to us at 3pm. The rooms are okay, but I need to keep pressing on the fan remote to on the fan. Water heater needs to be power on for 15 minutes before you can start bathing, or else you won't have hot water. As for room cleaning, it was quite good, especially after I came back in the early afternoon, and the room was already cleaned up. The location of the hotel is quite nice as the surroundings and below the hotel have a lot of eateries and restaurants. Overall it is quite nice to stay there with big family or couples.

The hotel is equivalent to a three star hotel! The sink in the bathroom was wobbly, the lobby was boring and breakfast wasn’t great. There is a dead mall under the hotel with barely any shops open! We struggled to find the entrance of the hotel when we arrived! The rooms were clean though and amenities were provided. We booked a two bedroom suite and the views from our balcony was good.
