We truly recommend this absolutely amazing and warm hotel where we stayed in Phuket. We’re so glad we chose this place for our trip! At first, we were a bit worried that our flight was too early and we might not be able to check in. But the staff was incredibly kind, they not only allowed us to check in early but also upgraded our room to a poolside room! It was such a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more special. We really loved everything about this hotel. Highly recommend! X

This resort was a fantastic experience!! It's super beautiful and well taken care of as well as the views and environment, which are stunning. The service was amazing as the staff made sure to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. A special thanks to Vansh, who was extremely helpful as he gave us lots of advice for activities outside of the resort, helping us plan our excursions and activities, and making sure we were comfortable and problem-free throughout our stay. The food was amazing! The breakfast buffet and restaurant gave a wide variety of food suiting for all diet restrictions, adapting to your preferences, and including many different cuisines. Overall, the rooms, pool areas, dining, and much more made our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. I can't wait to come back!!

The stay was absolutely amazing from the cleanliness, spacious room to the friendly staffs from front office to housekeeping and staffs at the restaurants. The facilities pool and Pearl Spa were also fantastic. I felt so refreshed and recharged following my week stay at the resort. I would definitely return when I go to Phuket again. Highly recommended.
