Absolutely wonderful experience, we were treated like royalty, food was amazing. Anything we needed (transportation, trip advice, taxi, towels, etc) was taken care of, no hassle. Incredibly friendly staff and fair prices all around! We booked an all inclusive vacation for 7 days and could not be more happy with the service we got! Pools were clean and big beach beds plenty and free, not too loud or obnoxious music. In short a lovely experience that I can only recommend!
We have just returned from a wonderful week away at this hotel, our 1st visit but are certain it won't be the last! Everything was lovely from our greeting by reception on our arrival at night to us leaving a week later, the staff throughout the whole hotel are just amazing! They work so hard but are always smiling, nothing was to much trouble. The hotel itself is lovely, our room was maybe in need of a face-lift but downstairs lounge, restaurant, bar, outside entertainment area are all well kept & so clean. The food at breakfast, lunch & dinner was delicious, always meat, chicken, fish, pasta, salads, vegetables, something for everyone. Our waitress Ayushma was so pleasant, welcomed us from day 1, always had a smile & time for a chat, such a lovely girl. We loved every minute of our holiday & wish to 'Thank' all the amazing staff.
Not Worth the Money – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel We booked this family holiday expecting a decent 4-star experience — but sadly, it barely qualifies as a 2-star. The food was a huge letdown. Breakfast was the exact same every single day. The meals were either tasteless or overly salty. Lunch was poor, and dinner was even worse. The rooms were run-down and tatty. I could have looked past that since we mainly used them for sleeping, but there was mould all around the bathtub and showerhead. Absolutely unacceptable. They also forgot to clean our room for two days and never once touched the balcony during our stay. The only decent part was the pool — it was okay, and there were enough sunbeds most days. But the worst part? The toilet rules. You’re not allowed to flush toilet paper — instead, you're given a bin to dispose of it. You can imagine the smell, especially in the heat. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Do yourself a favour and avoid booking it.
