Avonhead Garden Motel

This is an amazing place to stay in Christchurch. You couldn't get better hosts. Motel fully serviced everyday. Beautiful smell when entering your room, and flowers in the room. We had a large group and everyone was treated to extra service with a smile.

Amanada and Gary were so generous and welcoming: I have not experienced this sort of welcome form anyone in hotel industry: Beyond their way to assist us when we requested help! this is awesome. local knowledge of the owners are great as well – they know their stuff and told us the truth about the area and where about Amanda also gave us some homemade brownies for tee – they were fabulous! Room was cleaned and fresh towels and warmed up most time really well, the shower and water speed is great too; very spacious rooms – like the height of the high ceiling too. Always so welcoming and accommodating. Attention to detail is faultless, rooms are always prepared over and above expectation. I sleep like a baby whenever I stay here. Comfortable, warm and quiet studios. The grounds are always presented well. Look forward to returning each and every time.
