I had a wonderful stay at AVS Hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the center, making it easy to get around using Grab. It’s perfectly positioned between North and South attractions, so exploring the area is very convenient. The hotel also offers a reliable airport shuttle service, which made arrival and departure stress-free. The pool is lovely and the views from the property are stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. One of the biggest pluses is that the hotel is a pickup point for island hopping tours, which saved us a lot of time and effort. The breakfast buffet was satisfying with a decent variety, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby if you're looking to explore local dining options. Overall, AVS Hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for both relaxation and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wow! What a hotel, a great place to stay. The roof and staff were both amazing. The rooftop pool and bar are a great place to spend the afternoon or evening. The breakfast buffet is huge, with many local and western dishes to choose from including eggs cooked to your preference on the spot. My only complaint is that the minibar was not cold at all. Nothing a $5 bucket and a bag of ice can't fix though. The laundry service is fast and well priced. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, my experience at AVS Hotel was far from pleasant. It began with a breakfast mix-up—despite clearly asking for vegetarian options, we were not informed that the vegetable stew contained ham. This lack of attention to dietary instructions was disappointing. The front desk experience was equally frustrating. The receptionist came across as rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist when we asked for help booking a cab. During checkout, we had an early flight, but were delayed because the hotel claimed face towels were missing from our room. We were made to wait for 10 minutes while they confirmed the towels had actually been missed by the laundry team. This delay added unnecessary stress and nearly caused us to miss our flight. Small details like these can truly impact the overall guest experience, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve future stays.
