We had a lovely stay here! Room was spacious and well located to spend a few days in Cefalu. Communication was great throughout and self service checkin was smooth
We stayed in the apartment on the top floor near the beach. It was a truly special place to be. Yes, there were quite a few stairs, but without these we wouldn't have had a private patio with views of the beach, ocean and all the way along the street. We stayed for 5 days and the apartment was a perfect place to be for that length of time.
Do not stay here. The customer service is horrendous and heartless! We were left stranded outside the apartment at 1am for three hours because they had not arranged the keys to be left for us and no one was available to help. Even though their website says 24/7 customer service. They have been nothing short of unhelpful since and not apologetic in the slightest. They shouldn’t call themselves a hotel. Don’t put yourself through the pain, please choose elsewhere!
