Amazing food! We got a Japanese style room with balcony and a small bathtub, everything surpassed our expectations. Total relax Onsen experience
Rooms are small the one for two people is really for one. Maybe the very expensive rooms are bigger but you have to pay a lot. The biggest issues is food. Dinner was terrible ( I don’t think it was made by Japanese chef ) and the breakfast as also bad. ( looked authentic but taste was off ) Another observation is that staff is all from other Asian counties. Some nice and some not so nice. The onsens are beautiful. As the onsens and hotel are nice I was shocked by the terrible food and the subpar service.
The hotel is nice but the food is terrible. Looks nice but taste is bad. Small amounts and done by someone who doesn’t understand Japanese taste. The staff is nice and speaks Japanese but all are from other counties. So far two days and no Japanese staff. But I can’t stress enough the food is bad!!!!
