Great service/staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice rooftop pool. We didn't have time to check out the rooftop bar and gym, but the hotel has them. Apparently big conference rooms as well. The breakfast buffet has western and local food, delicious.
Nice and clean room, even though I booked for smoking room, but the smell is ok for smoking room. I think they have air/bad odor filter. Location is very strategic (just beside DP mall and Lawang Sewu) Nice breakfast,staff are fast in doing food refill Friendly security and valet staff Environtment hotel are nice and quiet AC are cold, hot water are working properly If I return to Semarang, i wanna stay there again ☺️
I stayed in the queen bedroom. I would say its a weird room, as the toilet is somewhat “open”, leaving the smell get into the overall room. Not only that, the layout of the room itself is a bit weird. Lack of privacy if you’re staying with another person. I recommend for the queen bedroom to be assigned for a single traveler, rather than couple or 2 people customers as its more suitable for a single person.
