INCREDIBLE WONDERFUL MAGICAL LUXURY. I have only amazing things to say about Ponta Dos Ganchos. The service was next level, we felt completely taken care of during our entire stay. The staff is prompt, friendly and kind. We had a delightful early check in and late check out to fully enjoy every minute at the resort. Our every need was met. The accommodation was immaculate, we were thrilled with the room and all of its amenities. Housekeeping was also stellar, they tended to our room with the utmost care, adding special touches along the way. I would recommend everyone to book a stay here and enjoy every second!

We had an exquisite weekend here. I booked it for my wife's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. I'd like to thank Ronán and everyone on the team for the wonderful experience🙏 The location is absolutely gorgeous and we were pleasantly surprised by beautiful sunsets. We were so we'll taken care of by the staff. They thought of everything. The service was impeccable. Every time we left the room they snuck in a tidied it up, both during the day and for dinner. The placed birthday balloons in our room for my wife and they surprised us with a perfect birthday cake. The food exceeded my expectations. Noticably fresh ingredients many grown on site prepared masterfully. I also appreciated that in addition to high quality meat the restaurant serves vegetarian dishes of superior quality. Oh, and the mixologist is a true professional. The only negative were minor. There were a lot of mosquitoes while we were there, and after booking I did have a little bit of a difficult time contacting the resort to pre-book our activities. Eventually I did get through to them and they made our stay a delight. Overall it was the best resort experience I've had. I wholeheartedly recommend it

Terrible the rooms were DISGUSTING and im not exaggerating when i say this but there were, bugs,ants,cockroaches,flys,rats, EVERYWHERE. Not to mention the service was terrible. And the location is filthy. Where is my refund?
