I’ve had an excellent 2 week stay here, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are brilliant. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of selection and the evening dinners are great too. I’d like to say a big thank you to Meraj, who’s looked after me, making sure I have everything I need.
The service of the crew name Al Rayan Abdul and Samir are very good they are approachable and good conduct they deserved a honor and promotion for being good to all the customer and they are very good in communication this kind of employee this the most need of this company hope to give them best position so that they can do the best that they can and more❤️
recently visited Awfad Hotel for their Iftar buffet, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, especially considering the high price. The buffet started at 6:05 PM, and while the pasta and samosas were nice, the overall experience did not justify the cost. By the time I reached the rice and chicken station, there was no chicken on the rice. When I asked the waiter, he assured me it would be refilled soon. However, until 6:50 PM, there was still no chicken, just empty rice. The biggest issue was the lack of refilling. The main dishes, sweets, and other items vanished quickly, and there was no proper replenishment. Most of the time, when I went to refill my plate, the main pots were empty. Lasagna was really good, but within 10 minutes, it was gone. When they finally refilled it, the lasagna was completely different, and I didn’t like it. I told the chef, and he was kind enough to make a fresh one just for me, which I truly appreciated. The salad bar was also disappointing. Within a few minutes, it was empty, and no one refilled it. This is really not something nice hotels do. It reflects poor management and a lack of attention to detail. The sweets section was also disappointing. They looked great, but by the time it was my turn, everything was gone, with no refills. I wanted to try the Kanafa cake, but it had already disappeared before I could get any. For the price they charge, this buffet does not offer good value. My recommendation to the management is to ensure timely refilling so that guests actually get to enjoy the dishes they pay for. Sadly, I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this place to others. This was my experience. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves their service.
