AX The Victoria Hotel

My husband and myself have recently returned from a second visit to AX The Victoria and enjoyed our stay immensely! The level of service in this hotel is exceptional ... nothing is too much trouble! The staff on reception have a warm and welcoming attitude, as have the staff in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is varied and very tasty providing a mixture of both hot and cold food. There is a large roof top sun terrace with two pools, plenty of sunbeds, a bar serving drinks and food and a magnificent view of Malta! A special mention to Alec and Chris for all their hard work serving drinks and to Dominika who has a good sense of humour and makes time for a chat! We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We can't wait to return!

This was our first time staying at the hotel and it was more than we expected. The rooms were immaculate upon arrival. The staff were so attentive. And the location was a max 15-20 minute walk from anything we needed. A separate note. Mark the Operations Manager, and James the Sous Chef went above and beyond in fulfilling my request of cooking some fish we had caught from a fishing charter. This type of service is what separates a great hotel from a good hotel. If we are to ever find ourselves in Malta again we will definitely be coming back!

Extremely happy with our visit and the service provided. The reception staff were outstanding and in particular - Charles at breakfast service, really made our stay memorable. My wife and I really enjoyed his smile in the morning and his efforts in making our stay special. Each morning he would ask us if we would like our special dietary needs met.
