Absolutely Outstanding Stay – 10/10 Stars! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service. Every single staff member is incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I asked for. They truly work together as one perfectly coordinated team, always making sure every request is fulfilled quickly and with a smile. The hotel’s location is just perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. My room was spotlessly clean, with all amenities working flawlessly, plenty of hot and cold water, and modern electronic key access. There are multiple elevators, so there’s never a wait. The food? Absolutely delicious — every meal was a pleasure. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were simply amazing, with an outstanding fusion of flavors. The sushi and Spanish cuisine were exceptional, and the menu offered an enormous variety to choose from. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. I have only the warmest and most pleasant memories of my stay here, and I highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.
The location is perfect! Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The hotel is edgy in a fun way, super clean and efficient. Very friendly staff. My favorite part is the morning breakfast that goes till 11 for the late risers. The staff there is really helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The chef pays very close attention to detail and quality when they pop in to make sure everything is set. They also make the BEST cappuccino. Great team
Great location, if you’re in the look out you can get good prices. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, bar staff not so much lol. Pool area cute, kinda small so if you want to chill maybe go a bit early. Rooms were spacious and we got the front facing balcony so the view was nice, great view from the top floors as well! They offer spa and massage, didn’t try them though(prices for massage starting from around €50pp). No kids which was LOVELY! Would go back for sure
